Hotel is amazing, location excellent, both staff in hotel are just perfect in everything... So nice, helpful, always in good mood... Really special people working there. My twins had birthday and they prepared them surprise with full room balloons and little cakes. We are so grateful to them for doing those little things that made them so happy.

The location is perfect as well as the staff they are so kind and helpful. Our room 303 was absolutely brilliant couldn’t fault a single thing. Our stay was perfect.

The best hotel if you travel for vacation, it is 5' away from the spanish steps. You can do shopping and lots of sightseeing on foot. Also in the area there are many trattorias to choose a fine dinner! Personnel just incredible! The rooms are spacious, luxurious and extremely clean. Out of 5 i give a 10!

Spacious, modern & very clean rooms. Staff were exceptional, professional & diligent. Felt much more than just a hotel. 6 star experience - well done to the operators & staff. Staff were awesome.. I left my passport & cash behind in the safe... Staff kept hold of it safely when I returned to collect my bags.

The hotel is located in the historic center of Rome. We stayed for four days my wife and I. The room number was 401. The room was spacious and had access to a nice terrace. The room was recently refurbished and it had all the necessary comforts, such as kettle coffee machine and safety box. The cleaning service was impressive. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff very kind and helpful.

100 in everything, location, facilities, cleanliness, staff attention, breakfast, I will return without hesitation to Palazzo Venere every time I'm in Rome ❤️

Only recently opened in May 2024, this little gem of a hotel is situated directly in the heart of the old town, just a few steps away from Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps etc. Ideal as a base to explore the city.

Lovely staff, really beautiful design. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Suite! When back in Rome, I definitely might consider coming back.

The staff at the Palazzo Venere are amazing, especially David at the reception. We arrived late, and he waited for us even after his shift had ended. He even prepared a light dinner for us, and on another occasion, he brought dessert to our room. The breakfast staff are also fantastic. The lady at the reception is wonderful as well. We truly felt at home during our stay at Palazzo Venere. Keep and maintain the good work.

This was such a wonderful stay and it made our trip to Italy even more beautiful. The staff were kind and accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. I had mentioned that it was my 30th birthday and that I was looking for restaurant recommendations. Not only did they give us great recommendations, they even brought a bottle of champagne and cookies to our room! It was a lovely gesture and went such a long way in making our stay even more comfortable and special! The room was gorgeous and the terrace was lovely. There was even a heated towel warmer in the bathroom which made all the difference since we visited in December. It was a perfect stay and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful staff! Friendly, efficient, attentive. Made me feel truly welcome. Arrived late in evening after long flight. Marzia and Ioan warmly welcomed us and helped us get quickly settled. The delightful ladies in the breakfast room were also welcoming and attentive with requests for cappuccinos! The room was freshened every morning by Inga and the other staff. I can’t remember everyone’s name but thought every member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. The best! It was a pleasure to stay at Palazzo Venere. We stayed 6 nights and would plan to stay there again when in Rome.

I have difficulty saying anything negative about this hotel. Our stay was just perfect. The staff was incredible and helpful. I loved the morning breakfast - just the right items and kept fresh the whole morning. Great restaurants down the street and easy taxi rides to just about anywhere in the city. I recommend this hotel highly.

We arrived with our two kids on Christmas Day and could not have found a better place to stay. The hotel is right off of Via Corso, a 10 minute walk from the Spanish Steps and 15 minutes from Trevi fountain in the heart of the commercial district. Very conveniently located. The hotel was clean, newly renovated with just a few rooms on each floor. Our suite had two bathrooms (very convenient) a guest room and a living room with a comfortable pull out coach. The decor and vibe was elegant, understated luxury and I’m so glad we stayed here. Cannot wait to return here again!

Great hotel in general. Location was great neat plaza Spana and high end shops. The staff was excellent, super helpful and available at all times. Also the room was a lot better than expected.

I really don't know where to start to describe this wonderful hotel! First of all, it is the best value for money we have ever experienced! It is not four but five stars in services. cleanliness, courtesy, quality of room construction, perfect aesthetics combined with expensive materials!!! The reception staff is very polite, smiling, willing, all of them are wonderful, Marzia is amazing, who took care of our reservation by upgrading us! A wonderful private terrace so you can enjoy the sun in the mornings and a beautiful fireplace in the room so you can warm up in the evenings!!! Congratulations to the whole team! Thank you for making our vacation unique! We will be back soon!!!

The hotel is excellent. Comfortable, clean, new furniture, nice amenities, the decoration is also cousy. The staff, in particular Marzia and Jacopo, are are high qualified, extremely kind, willing, gentle, efficient and helpful. Five stars for you guys! Easily one of the best hotels ever. From the service to the cleanliness to the location, this place did not disappoint. Marzia very warmly welcomed us to the hotel, allowing us to check in early, providing us a map of places to visit, our bags were brought to our room and we were very impressed with the room itself. We had the terrace room and it was phenomenal. The bathroom was pristine and the bed was extremely comfortable. Franco was extremely helpful at night when we got back really late, providing us with water and towels. We are so appreciative! Fabulous stay and we hope to be back soon !!

Brand new hotel, located in the heart of Rome but in a quiet street. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Very comfortable, spacious rooms, luxury bathroom. Wonderful staff - they helped us in everything we needed.

This newly renovated hotel is wonderful. Everything very clean and neat. Strategically located to get around Rome on foot. For the quality of services it deserves 5 stars. The employees are very nice and professional. Especially Mr. David and Mrs. Marzia.
